SevenSpell (sevenspell.com, "the Service") is operated by Avantibit AB ("we"), reachable via the contact page. By playing SevenSpell you agree to these terms.
SevenSpell is under active development and provided "as is" and "as available": features may change or be removed, scores and history may be reset, and the Service may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old, or older where the law of your country requires it. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play SevenSpell in your browser for private, non-commercial use.
You must not play using bots, scripts, solvers or other automation; probe, overload or circumvent rate limits or other technical protections; harvest game data such as word lists; or interfere with other players. We may remove scores, invalidate results, or block access where we reasonably believe this has happened.
Nicknames and anything else you submit must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights; we may remove or change what breaks this rule.
SevenSpell is free to play. If we introduce advertising, we will update these terms and the Privacy Policy before it goes live.
The game — its design, code, name, logo, and puzzle content — belongs to us or our licensors; these terms grant no rights in it beyond the licence in section 3.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including lost scores, Streaks, or unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms; the current version and its date are always on this page, and continued play after a change means the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumers in the EU/EEA keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
